On Tuesday, 17 December 2024, at the Brdo Congress Centre near Kranj, the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Nataša Pirc Musar, awarded the decorations of the Republic of Slovenia at a formal ceremony.The Slovene Research Institute (SLORI) received the Order of Merit for its outstanding contribution to the understanding of minority issues, the promotion of the development of the Slovene language and education in Slovene, and the connection of Slovene and Italian environments in the field of research activities.The award was accepted by Vice President Jernej Šček and Director Dr. Devan Jagodic.At the institute, we are extremely delighted and grateful for this recognition, and we also thank the proposers. We commit to continuing our efforts toward integration and excellence.
