The publication is the first extensive dictionary about the dressing culture in the Val Canale valley. Qualified specialists, researchers and collaborators, in cooperation with the children, attending the activities of the Planika cultural centre, gathered and prepared a wide and demanding sample of material for the publication. The book informs the reader about the multilingual terminology used for the dresses in the Val Canale valley and is an important contribution to the preservation of the rich cultural heritage of the territory.
