The book is the second part of a broad research project on State education through the medium of Slovene in the two provinces of Trieste and Gorizia. The work presents an in-depth analysis of the secondary education in Slovene in , specifically concentrating on the family origins of the pupils (job, language/s spoken at home) and the reasons given for choosing Slovene-medium schooling. As the first part of the research – dedicated to kindergarten and primary education, also this one includes a large variety of graphs and charts.
